The

eCommerce Amazon Marketing Service (AMS) Marketing Manager

will be a critical member of our growing Americas Amazon Marketing team. You will have the opportunity to show off your knowledge and passion for Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) and data analytics and help expand our presence on Amazon. This role will help analyze large datasets and pull insights to help drive strategic and thoughtful decisions on how to grow Belkin's business on Amazon.com. Reporting to the Senior eCommerce Performance Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with other marketing individuals across global, brand, product teams and external agencies.

Specific responsibilities include:You will be responsible for supporting our paid media function with Amazon Ads to surface data-driven strategic opportunities for the Executive Leadership team, focusing on optimization of our paid media spend regionally.You will work with marketing teams to identify ways to improve the efficiency of our paid media spending and develop reporting and analyses to frame and drive decisions.Develop KPIs and scorecards to track initiative progress/performance to drive a focus on results and execution.Support key decision-making by creating and communicating bespoke reporting and analyses which will inform our paid and organic strategy both on and off Amazon.Monitor and analyze ASIN performance, rankings, ratings, customer reviews etc.Build reports and dashboards to help share insights and learnings cross functionally to global, brand, product, and executive teams.Be a leader and key contributor to test-and-learn agile workflow.Education and Experience Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years' experience working in Amazon Marketing Services (AMS), Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.Minimum 1+ year experience working with Amazon DSP (demand side platform) with exposure to Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC)Expert knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint.Some knowledge in PowerBI or data visualization software.Ability to offer and implement solutions, not just call out problemsProject management experience preferred.Detail oriented individual, with a strong focus on data and analyticsStrong communication, presentation, collaborative and writing skills.Ability to be a self-starter and work with little to no supervision.

Range for this position:

$90,000 - $110,000 USD

Factors such as geographic location, academic credentials, relevant experience, and specific knowledge, skills and abilities will influence the actual salary offered.
