Work you will do:

The role of this position is to support an internal Help/Service Desk for a large Enterprise client. You will be instrumental in writing and identifying "How-To articles to support colleagues and contractors troubleshoot technical application and system issues. This role involves connecting with the internal "owners of those applications/systems, collecting the relevant information needed, and then crafting content that would be published in the service desk database.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal application and system owners to gather necessary information for "How-To " articles.

Write clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation that will be added to the service desk knowledge base.

Assist in maintaining the content management system, ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible.

Participate in the development of training materials and guides for users based on the documentation created.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical users, ensuring effective troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Support the continuous improvement of the internal Help/Service Desk processes.

Role Summary:

This position requires strong writing and word processing skills, including intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability and willingness to collaborate with internal stakeholders, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and have experience in content management.

Experience working with management-level executives and familiarity with tools such as WordPress and O365 is preferred.

Qualifications:

Strong writing skills and experience in technical documentation.

Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience in content management; prior experience is a plus.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Experience working with management-level executives is an advantage.

Preferred tools: WordPress, O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
