The Position
We are looking for a passionate, hard working person to be our next great Data Visualization Analyst. This person will help drive our clients' business decisions by creating dynamic and powerful data visualizations. The employee will work directly with customers who range from small independent companies to large financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design and create interactive visualizations that can be used by non-technical users up to the executive levelBreak the Excel mentality and build trust through intuitive and accurate reportingWork both individually and on teams to deliver across multiple clientsDocument business requirements and translate into technical specificationsUnderstand business process and advocate for opportunities for improvementExtract and prepare data for analysis across multiple platforms (Database Connections, Excel, Flat Files, etc)Deliver Tableau Desktop and/or PowerBI trainings to clientsContribute to our research and development effortsCommunicate results clearly to all stakeholders, facilitators and partnersAdditional responsibilities as assignedSkills, Knowledge and Expertise
2-5 years experience in Business Intelligence/AnalyticsBachelor's Degree2+ years using both PowerBI and Tableau data visualization tools
PowerBI - PL-300 Certification or higher, experience with DAX formulasTableau - Certified Desktop Specialist or higher, experience with LODs
Driven self-starter with a positive attitudeSQL knowledge and an understanding of data models
Ability to perform queries to explore data and validate dashboard results
Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical collaboratorsDemonstrated critical and analytical thinking and problem solving skillsDemonstrated ability to scope requirements and translate to BI deliverablesProven ability to juggle competing prioritiesPassion to make value out of data & learnAgile work style
