Offers counsel to clients and cultivate a “part of our team” relationshipLeads design and fellow designers in working collaboratively with project teams consisting of developers, project/product managers, QA, etc.Provides structure and direction out of evolving processes and design problemsDelivers impeccable design to clientsPositions one’s self as a team-lead that manages deliverables, responsibilities, and schedulingDesigns products with a Human Centered Design approach with the ability to solve user needs with deep customer empathyAbility to set artistic direction for projects based on client feedbackWorks independently when necessary to deliver fully realized work that exceeds the client’s expectationsComfortable leading a team of fellow designers on a project, working as part of a team, or leading design as a solo memberConfidence in delivering your perspective while actively considering others' points of viewAbility to explain and sell design decisions to clients and stakeholders
