One of the world's largest entertainment and travel companies is expanding their digital experience team and looking for a UX Design Manager to help revolutionize their customer experiences with a focus on their eCommerce offerings.In this role, you will have a big impact on their design practice, product vision, and overall strategy of their digital offerings. This company is embarking on a major investment in digital experience innovation and you'll have a chance to be at the ground floor of this project and will contribute heavily to the future success and growth of their business
Required Skills & ExperienceMastery of Figma and other design toolsAt least 2+ years of managing a design team or design teams8+ total years of design experience primarily working on B2C or Enterprise B2B softwareExperience delivering responsive design for web and mobile experiencesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to work on multiple assignments and projects at onceStrong understanding of Human-Centered Design principles and a mastery of full life-cycle product development and deliveryClear and effective communication skills and ability to interface with executive leadership on technical and non-technical initiativesAbility to solve problems independently and explain solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholdersDesired Skills & Experience
Experience working in the travel, retail, or eCommerce experienceA breadth of experience designing different applications like mobile, web, native mobile, connected devices, etc.Experience building, creating, and integrating design systems across large scale organizationsA degree in HCI, Interaction Design, or equivalent work experienceWhat You Will Be Doing
Managing and Leading a team of UX Designers in geographically dispersed regions.Mentoring staff and establishing organizational design and career laddersPartnering with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure product vision aligns with business goalsCreating customer journeys, hi and lo-fidelity wireframes, and protypes to ensure design vision is being translated appropriatelyWork collaboratively with key stakeholders including product, engineering, marketing, and executive leadership.
