Web Marketing Specialist

To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client, a thriving commercial real estate firm based in Bethesda, MD, is in search of a temporary-to-hire Web Marketing Specialist! Responsibilities include managing content creation and updates on public-facing websites, developing new web pages, and coordinating document management. A bachelor's degree, 2+ years of marketing experience, proficiency in content management systems, and strong project management skills will allow you to excel in this role!Responsibilities:Primary manager for creating and updating content on public-facing websites.Manages development of new web pages and templates, coordinating with internal and external partners.Implements content for new product launches and oversees quarterly and annual updates.Coordinates document management, updates marketing materials, and imports graphical and data images into collateral and documents.Maintains vendor relationships for third-party applications, compliance platforms, and supports email campaigns through Marketo.Ensures consistent brand identity across websites and collateral, incorporates revisions, and manages time and budget.Follows established company procedures while serving as backup to other marketing team members.Qualifications:A bachelor's degree is preferred, with an emphasis on marketing or communications.2+ years of relevant marketing or communications work experience is required.Proficiency in content management systems and development skills, preferably Optimizely.Strong project management and organizational skills.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, CMS Systems, web analytics, and marketing automation platforms.Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Marketo, and Microsoft Office.Position Information:$28/hr-$34/hr while temporary$75K-$80K while permanentTemporary to permanent positionHybrid with 3 days/week onsite.Office is metro accessible.Located in Bethesda, MD.A1371957DC-Temp_1712072923 To Apply for this Job Click Here
