Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SEO Specialist to join our team. They should possess a deep understanding of technical audits, data analysis, and local search strategies. The candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and creative problem-solving skills. Competitive salary range of $3,000 to $5,000 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct technical audits and identify areas for optimization across various digital platforms.Utilize a variety of data sources and research tools to inform SEO/SEM strategies.Manage agency teams effectively to execute SEO/SEM campaigns.Stay updated on industry trends and rapidly build expertise on new businesses and industry verticals.Implement local SEO strategies and manage local listings effectively.Utilize HTML, PHP, JavaScript, and CSS to implement technical SEO enhancements.Analyze complex data sets using advanced Excel and other analytical tools.Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members.Qualifications
Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is requiredEnglish Resume is requiredBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.4-7 years of experience in SEO including technical audits.Experience with local SEO strategies, local listings management (LLM), and local rankings.Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.Proven track record of leadership and mentoring junior team members.Exceptional problem-solving skills and creative thinking abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
