You will play a crucial role in creating and optimizing content to improve our organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website.ResponsibilitiesReview and audit existing SEO content to find new and missed opportunities and make recommendations for improvement based on SEO best practicesConduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-impact keywords for our target audienceDevelop and implement SEO strategies to optimize website content and improve organic search rankingsWrite compelling, high-quality and SEO-friendly website content including blog posts, articles, website copy, page descriptions and other digital assetsIdentity and optimize site pages by creating SEO wireframesTrack, analyze and report on website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEO industry toolsManage the SEO content calendar for English and international blogsConduct extensive keyword research to align with our Global SEO strategyStay up-to-date with SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and development to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into all digital assetsContinuously test and refine SEO strategies to drive continuous improvementRequirements3+ years of SEO experienceKnowledge of contemporary SEO principles and methodologyExcellent written skills; ability to organize and present information on screen and verbally with a teamCreative problem solver with a positive attitudeBasic knowledge of HTML and CSS as it relates to SEODeep knowledge of on-page and off-page ranking factorsStrong familiarity with industry tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog/crawling toolsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environmentConfident team player with the ability to operate in a dynamic environmentAbility to build cross-functional relationships, influence and collaborate at all organizational levelsPreferred RequirementsCybersecurity industry knowledgeWorking experience with WordPressUnderstanding of Technical SEO such as: website architecture, 301 redirects and proper canonicalizationBenefitsMedical, Dental & Vision (inclusive of domestic partnerships)Employer Paid Life Insurance & Employee/Spouse/Child Supplemental lifeVoluntary Short/Long Term Disability Insurance401K (Roth/Traditional)A generous PTO plan that celebrates your commitment and seniority (including paid Bereavement/Jury Duty, etc)Above market annual bonusesKeeper Security, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and participant in the U.S. Federal E-Verify program.
