We are seeking for a talented UI/UX Developer (Advisor) with a strong foundation in graphic design, specializing in creating a streamlined user experience in React to join our creative and collaborative team and play a pivotal role in designing and implementing visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces. Position works on-site and is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and design visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces.Develop responsive and interactive web applications using React and other relevant technologies.Integrate graphic design elements seamlessly into web interfaces, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing user experience.Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs for optimal user satisfaction.Create interactive prototypes to visualize and test user flows, ensuring a user-centric design approach.Work closely with backend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of design and functionality.Implement responsive design principles to ensure a consistent and optimal user experience across various devices and screen sizes.Optimize front-end code for performance and scalability, adhering to best practices and coding standards.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, information technology Web Development, or related field required.5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Developer with a strong background in graphic design. Experience in tech and/or financial services industries highly desirable.Proficiency in React and other relevant front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to balance creativity with attention to detail.
