Marketing Data AnalystDescription -Responsibilities:Act as a conduit between media, data infrastructure, data sciences and marketing teams.Supports formalization of goal setting and success measurement process for campaigns and digital projects.Utilizes and optimizes marketing dashboards and data models.Presents recommendations based on data analyses.Supports data integrity, data accuracy, and testing processes.Partners with internal and vendor support teams to report and resolve data/campaign discrepancies.Advocates for data and analytics needs in markets and countries.

Knowledge & Skills:Experience in marketing/sales strategies, analyzing data and identifying insights to optimize and develop campaigns, identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance, increasing knowledge of our audiences and answering key marketing questions.Good technical skills and understanding of interpreting data and analysis for solving business problems.Some SQL experience working with large customer and transactional databases.Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills with the ability to manipulate data in Excel.Experience with data visualization software (e.g. Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI, Datorama).Experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop appropriate analytical models and identify incremental revenue margin/ productivity opportunities.

Impact/Scope:Lead cross-country data-driven actionable planning with high degree of complexity involved in terms of customer or cross-function touchpoints.Manage medium scale of cross-function/ cross-country marketing investment and programs.

Complexity:Moderate to high – Some senior management interface; frequent cross-functional/ cross-organizational interaction on execution of tactics.

Education & Experience:Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Statistics, Engineering, or Computer Science.5+ years of work experience in related field.Job -Marketing
