About the TeamThe TikTok E-commerce Recommendation Operation team plays a key role in improving TikTok users' shopping recommendation experience by investigating user feedback, evaluating recommendation result, analyzing data, etc.
In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.
Responsibilities• Complete assessment of search recommendation quality, review and categorize the types of bad cases to help the recommendation product and algorithm improve• Investigate users' recommendation requirements through data and user feedback• Provide ideal recommendation results and suggestions for recommendation products and algorithms according to user investigation• Help identify potential trust and safety risks• Help improve the policies for recommended products
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications• BA/BS degree in tech related background• At least 2 years of experience with search engine optimization (SEO) or recommendation engine optimization• Experience in data labeling, user feedback, content moderation or similar operation jobs• Familiar with common Office software
Preferred Qualifications• Excellent problem-solving skills and sense of responsibility• Experience in recommendation related business or other Internet related business• In-depth understanding of pop culture and familiarity with Internet usage habits of users
