Ledgent Technology is seeking a Web Developer and SEO Specialist for a law firm. This person will be responsible for driving the success of their website.

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering measurable results in web development, SEO, and UX design.

What you will be doing:Build and maintain websites using a variety of technologies, including WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (current host is GoDaddy)Troubleshoot website issues and provide ongoing maintenance and support.Analyze website data to identify areas for improvement, such as user experience, load times, and bounce rates.Conduct A/B tests to optimize website performance and increase conversions.Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for our clients to improve their search engine rankings.Develop and implement SEO strategies that align with our clients' business objectives and drive organic traffic to their websites.Develop and implement technical SEO optimizations, such as schema markup, meta tags, and sitemaps.Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality content that drives engagement and conversions.Ensure website design and development is responsive and mobile-friendly.What you should bring to the table:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field preferred.Professional experience in web development, SEO and UX design.Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.What are the cherries on top?Experience supporting e-signature programs such as ApproveMe (WordPress e-signature Plugin), DocuSign, etcAn interest in social media management (not required)
