If you are looking for a Marketing role that fosters creativity and collaborative environment, Trajan Wealth is looking to grow our fun, dynamic team by adding a Marketing Event Specialist.
As the Trajan Wealth Specialist for our Marketing team, you will be providing support in the day-to-day activities of the department with all events/seminars. To be successful, you should have an outgoing personality, professional demeanor, ability to multi-task, organized and stay calm under pressure.
Duties and responsibilitiesOrganize and research various event opportunities for multiple offices nationwide.Answer and make calls to confirm appointments for seminars/ Greet or host a variety of events, including but not limited to: Golf Tournaments, Trade shows, Luncheons, In-House Events and others.Serve as the department primary point of contact for both internal and external event inquiries. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email. Attendee screening for some events requiredKeep track of and monitor attendees/leads with platforms such as LeadJig or EventbriteOrder marketing stock, event supplies, prizes etcCoordinate internal and external calendars and communications for various eventsReconcile budget spreadsheets using Salesforce, Excel and other event calendars and toolsPerform other duties such as Researching competitive pricing, creating and storing Negotiating, selecting and presenting swag recommendations, prizes and event enhancement suggestions, choosing menus, signing contracts,Evenings and weekend availability required due to evening and weekend events/seminars. Travel may be required.Qualifications
Core Qualifications include:
Three years proven work experience in Event MarketingProficiency in Microsoft Office Calendar, Mail, Word, Excel, Salesforce and PardotProactive demeanor, Adaptable, quick learnerTeam playerOutgoing personality; extrovert in natureStrong written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detailAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues ariseExcellent organizational skillsMultitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasksExcellent customer service attitudeBenefits
