COMPENSATION:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Report directly to the Senior Manager of EventsWork closely with members of the Events team, as well as, marketing department and Recruiting and DEI groupsOversee and organize internal and external firm eventsEnsure events are cost-effectiveProvide innovative solutions on event programs and executionOversee vendor selection process and evaluate vendor relationshipsPlan and execute events that meet partner(s) expectationsCollaborate with the Director on budget management, ROI analysis and reportingManage the events and promotional items budgetEnsure all vendor invoices are processed on timeREQUIREMENTS:

3+ years of related event and marketing planning experience in a corporate or law firm environmentBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field requiredExperience using content management systemsIntermediate proficiency with CRM, marketing automation and event marketing toolsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerpointExcellent grammar, spelling and proofreading skillsAbility to communicate effectively; read, interpret and follow instructionsFlexibility to adjust hours to meet operating needsThrives in busy environment and works well under pressureFlexibility to travel domestically as needed
