Social Media and Marketing Specialist

Elevation Individual and Family Therapy is looking for a new Social Media and Marketing Specialist with a background in Graphic Design & experience with working with web sites. This position might also be ideal for a driven intern with some personal experience with social media management and influencing.
Candidates must have vast knowledge and experience in using every type of social media platform, as well as a solid background in marketing & graphic design & working with web sites. They MUST also live within driving distance of our offices in Matteson and Homewood.
We currently use: IG, FB, TikTok, and YouTube.
We have several accounts to manage with daily posts. The idea is not only to keep our business relevant but to increase our following. We need graphics updated and created on a regular basis. The candidate will also be responsible for updating print materials and ensuring that all marketing items are ordered for any special events, such as health fairs or promotional campaigns. Person must be: friendly, warm, social, energetic, confident, and creative. The candidate can do quite a bit of the work from home. However, they must be within close driving distance to Homewood and Matteson, IL.
Requirements:
Candidate must attend any special events that the company hosts or participates in.
Candidate must coordinate content creation days for office. Candidate will be responsible for establishing creative direction for content.
The job requires taking videos & still pictures during company events and daily operations.
Must be able to edit videos and make them appealing to the general public.
Must be willing to do market research to understand trends relevant to target audience.
Ideal candidate is innovative and self-driven to complete goals.
Candidate must have some graphic design experience and experience working with Canva design software.
The candidate must have some general knowledge of mental health.
This is only a part-time job! Hourly pay is $15-18. Compensation is determined based on experience, knowledge & success.
