As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving the online presence, engagement, and sales for our company. This multifaceted role involves managing various aspects of digital marketing, including website content, quality assurance (QA), merchandising, and planning, executing, and analyzing email and SMS campaigns. The primary focus will be on driving sales through customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategies.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Website Content Management:Update and maintain website content to ensure it is current, relevant, and aligned with the brand strategy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the website for user experience and conversion.Setting up and testing various discounts. Testing orders on both dev and production sites.Performing daily audits of processes to ensure all integrations are running as needed.Quality Assurance (QA):

Conduct regular QA checks to ensure the website functions smoothly and offers a seamless user experience, including on various devices and browsers.Identify and address any issues related to website performance, functionality, or user interface.Merchandising

Implement merchandising strategies to showcase products effectively and maximize sales opportunities.Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create compelling on-line product displays and promotions.Email and SMS Planning, Execution, and Analysis:

Develop and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns from concept to delivery.Segment the audience and personalize content for targeted communication.Analyze campaign performance, optimize for engagement and conversion, and report on key metrics.Refine Email Content:

Review and enhance email content for optimal engagement and effectiveness.Ensure that the email is well-crafted, visually appealing, and aligned with the campaign objectives.HTML Coding:

Translate design mockups into clean, well-structured HTML code for email campaigns.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for email coding.ESP Integration:

Load the refined email into the Email Service Provider (ESP) platform for seamless distribution.Confirm all elements, including images, links, and personalization tags, are properly integrated.Audience Segmentation:

Define and apply audience segments based on relevant criteria such as demographics, behavior, or past interactions.Ensure targeted communication to specific audience segments for improved relevance.Test Launch:

Execute a preliminary test of the email campaign to a small sample audience to identify any potential issues.Verify email rendering, functionality, and content display across various devices and browsers.Cross-Device and Browser Testing:

Conduct comprehensive testing on multiple devices (desktop, mobile, tablet) and various web browsers to ensure consistent and optimal user experience.Address any issues related to responsiveness or formatting discrepancies.Click-Through Optimization:

Implement strategies to maximize click-through rates, including compelling calls-to-action and strategically placed links.Verify that all links are functional and lead to the intended destinations.User Experience Assessment:

Evaluate the overall user experience from email open to landing page interaction.Ensure a seamless transition from the email to the landing page, focusing on clarity and user-friendly navigation.Custom Landing Pages:

Create custom landing pages as needed to enhance the user experience and align with specific campaign goals.Ensure consistency in branding and messaging between the email and landing page.Final Launch:

Schedule the final launch of the email campaign to the designated audience segments.Monitor delivery metrics and make any necessary adjustments to optimize performance.Performance Tracking:

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.Use insights gained from testing to refine future email campaigns for continuous improvement.Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation to drive overall sales growth.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align digital marketing efforts with broader business objectives.Data Analysis:

Utilize analytics tools to gather insights into customer behavior, campaign performance, and overall digital marketing effectiveness.Translate data into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align digital marketing initiatives with broader business goals.Collaborate with external agencies or vendors, taking notes and tracking deliverables.Qualifications

Requirements:

Bachelor's DegreeA minimum of 3 years hands-on digital marketing experience, managing small-medium performance driven campaigns either agency or client side.2-4 years' experience in online marketing, email experience and SMS mobile marketingExceptional analytical and presentation skillsExpert with Excel experience with pivot-table and statistical techniquesExpert PowerPoint requiredExperience with analytics platforms like Google AnalyticsStrong communicator and presenterHighly organized and detail oriented.Able to hit deadlines.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal, listening, speaking and writing communication skillsPass background screening processPHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTSBending, stooping, reaching, twisting, pushing, pulling, and moving items.Sitting for long periods of time.Comprehending business performance reporting and charts/spreadsheets.Ability to perform essential job functions in an environment with varied noise levels.I acknowledge that I have read the job description and requirements for the Digital Marketing Coordinator position and certify that I can perform these functions.
