Our team designs and delivers learning experiences that include technical training programs, sales onboarding, and a host of internal training topics. We support thousands of customer users, channel partners, and employees in their learning journeys.Job Description

This position will lead the global online content development and design teams. You will establish guidelines around developing online training and dynamic visual content that is used by customers, partners, and employees. You will work closely with department stakeholders to set priorities driven by the company's growth objectives. You will be responsible for bringing innovation to developing educational experiences through applying modern instructional design methodologies and communication design practices.

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:Manage a group of experienced online content design and developmentprofessionalsGuide future development based on the company objectivesDetermine/Implement operational efficiencies for the content teamManage localized training contentProvide input and guidance on content development for internal teams developing their own contentManage course consumption and utilizationSet the strategic direction of the department, based on input from management, instructional designers, leadership, and other departmentsManage and adhere to budget for specific projectsImplement improvements based on feedback provided by the CSATGuide and advise managers to implement effective methods for enhancingperformance, improving efficiency, and recognizing outstanding performanceManage multiple projects at the same timeCreate, communicate, and guide the implementation of the educational philosophy, visual branding, and instructional methodologies across the department through management directivesDesired Background/Knowledge/Skills:

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Adult Education, Organizational Development, Communications, or Business10+ years of training content development experienceExperience managing a teamExamples of experience using Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Premier Pro, InDesign, After Effects), Articulate, Vyond, Blender, and other training development toolsExperience managing a multi-level team focused on online technology training and visual communicationStrong problem-solving skillsExperience in publishing content to a learning management systemStrong written and verbal communication#LI-MM1
