Learn more here: LinkedIn- Our CommunityAbout the Job:The Digital Marketing Coordinator, Paid Social, will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of Paid Social marketing channel. This person will partner with internal and external teams to ensure that each marketing channel aligns with current business and marketing needs. Cross-functional communication between Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Creative, Merchandising, Buying, Planning and Brand Creative teams is also a critical aspect of this role.A day in the life, what you'll be doing: Support any coordination needs of Paid Social marketing channel.Managing paid social planning, activation, and reporting timelines and calendarsMaintain paid social communication with internal stakeholders, agency and vendors.Collaborating on creative briefs for creative and design teamsResponsible for assisting with in-platform tasks, including campaign and ad set creation and QA •Assist in necessary reporting needs for paid social performance.Assist in generating copy for all paid social copy needs.Assisting in finance deliverables for paid social vendors, including, IOs, contracts, monthly accruals, planned estimates, invoice tracker management, invoice coding and approvals.Assist in coordinating new vendor RFP, onboarding, and management.Contribute to planning of social creative strategy.Assist in identifying and applying paid social process improvements.Stay current on social marketing trends and competitive landscape, and actively share insights.What it takes to Join:Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.2+ years' experience in digital media planning and buying at media agency or ecommerce or omni-channel retailer.1+ years in platform buying across social media platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, RedditFundamental understanding of social media advertising concepts.Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, including pivot tables.Knowledge of analytics systems, preferably Google Analytics, Data StudioSelf-starter and able to independently solve medium to complex problems.Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesWillingness to learn and adapt to new tools and platforms.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Salary Range: $66,560-$70,552Pac Perks:HQ workforce of 60%+ people of colorDog friendly office environmentOn-site CaféOn-site Gym$1,000 referral incentive programGenerous associate discount of 30-50% off merchandise online and in-storesCompetitive long term and short-term incentive programImmediate 100% vested 401K contributions and employer matchCalm Premium access for all employeesEmployee perks throughout the yearPhysical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that are required by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear.
