Job Description Summary

The Paid Social Media Coordinator for Fortune Brand Innovations will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing paid social campaigns across various social media channels and brands. Using expert, up-to-date information of paid social practices, this role will manage social campaigns from concept to build, to execution, to analysis. This role will be in charge of executing paid social campaigns through campaign set up, maintenance, optimizations and final reporting. Reporting to the Paid Social Media Manager, this role will have a holistic understanding of the organization’s social strategy and serve as a key player on the social team.

This is a

hybrid role

that can be based in our Deerfield, IL, North Olmsted, OH, or Maumee OH offices. You will work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays while having the ability to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

Responsibilities **

· Ensure the health of social campaigns, spending budgets in full, while meeting and exceeding business Key Performance Indicators.

· Proactively monitor campaign activity for delivery, ad quality and performance, while also working closely with the analytics team for all tagging and reporting requirements.

· Pull reporting and conduct ad-hoc reporting requests to identify optimization opportunities to implement both in real-time and long term.

· Serve as a paid social expert on campaign performance and optimization providing insights into the best strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives.

· Leverage first and third party data for targeting and insights.

· Partner with internal analytics team on pacing, optimizations and benchmarking.

· Create monthly paid social campaign calendars based on tactical media plans and overarching strategy.

· Develop paid social recommendations designed to meet business and social goals.

· Act as a paid social media subject matter expert for quarterly creative development briefs between brand and agency.

Qualifications **

· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is required.

· Minimum of 1 year of experience working in the digital media buying and planning space with focus on paid social execution is required.

· In-Platform execution experience setting up campaigns such as Facebook and Pinterest Ads Manager.

· Experience with social media management tools like Sprinklr is preferred.

· Must be passionate about social media and the technologies used to support online and/or mobile advertising operations: ad serving, audience management tools, inventory applications, and third-party ad tags.
