A client of TEKsystems is seeking a mid-level UX Researcher within their ATS (Advisor technology solutions) team. They support the company's advisors and staff in creating tools to serve their clients. They work on a variety of different projects. They use big data and create algorithms for their advisors so they can predict their clients needs. They also have a new product they are going after so there will be a lot of strategic discovery.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Proficient in qualitative and quantitative user experience research methodologies, and flexible in their approach to meet the product teams with where they are at. Comfortable in executing moderated research in a virtual setting. Flexibility with tools. Comfort with conducting research operations for themselves (recruiting and scheduling interviews themselves, there isn’t a dedicated team to do that). Ability to adapt to an evolving process.
