Our Client, located in Los Angeles, is seeking a talented and thoughtful Mid-Level UX/UI Designer for freelance work. This individual will collaborate closely with our intenral team to enhance user experiences and deliver impactful digital solutions.
Time Commitment: 20 Hours / Week

Roles & Responsibilities
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Design and implement intuitive user interfaces that optimize user experience across web platforms.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs based on project goals and client feedback.
• Ensure consistency in design elements and adherence to brand guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide creative solutions and ideas aligned with content strategy to meet both user and client expectations.
• Up to date on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design to improve project deliverables.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions.
• Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments is a plus.
• Patience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in response to client feedback cycles.
Skills & Competencies
• Proven ability to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Proficiency in creating visually appealing and functional UI elements.
• Experience developing wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
• Understanding of responsive design principles.
• Ability to ensure design elements align with brand guidelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive approach to addressing design challenges.
• Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of design.
