When we share our work, we share a part of who we are.The Role We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting and optimizing the execution and continuous improvement of a variety of our organization's digital marketing and e-commerce functions. This role will make an impact on our evolving e-commerce and digital landscape, with a lot of opportunities for growth and learning. You will support our Senior Brand Manager, Digital & E-Commerce by ensuring the website and e-commerce content is accurate and up to date, improving consumer experience and communication, assisting in SEO optimization, analyzing digital and e-commerce marketing trends, reporting on website analytics, and more. The ideal candidate is ready to learn and will be creative, innovative, organized, detail-oriented, multimedia savvy, with good writing and communication skills. What you'll do:Maintain, update and optimize our website, including updating images, blog posts, recipes, SEO copy, etc. Manage and update digital assets within our Salsify database, as well as within our other e-commerce retailer databases (including Syndigo, IX-One, Item360, and more). Audit our omni-channel presence online, including our product pages on Amazon.com, Instacart and Walmart.com, to ensure accuracy. Update where necessary. Manage the digital marketing budget. Analyze digital and e-commerce marketing trends to bring new ideas to our strategy and find solutions to our digital constraints. Use digital tools to generate reports and monitor website and e-commerce performance. Keep various performance dashboards up to date weekly, monthly, and quarterly. Help report out on SEM and Account Specific Paid Search Campaigns. Assist with execution of tactics within digital strategy, go to market strategies, and more. Assist with creative briefs for engaging content including email campaigns (executing the design, coding, and send outs), blog posts, sharing content with our social team to drive engagement, and more. Assist with SEO optimization on Mezzetta.com and other platforms. Assist with growth of direct-to-consumer business on Mezzetta.com and on Amazon.com. Assist with omni-channel e-commerce management. Assist with digital CSM tasks, including managing Amazon and Mezzetta consumer correspondence, managing and tracking reviews on various sites, and managing our online customer service bot. What you'll need to be successful: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field (preferred). Basic knowledge of Shopify (preferred). Strong computer literacy (basic coding skills a plus, but not required). Knowledge of web analytics (preferred). Excellent copywriting and copy-editing skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to review and analyze data and trends and create digestible presentation material. Highly organized - ability to multi-task across a variety of different tasks in a highly transactional and time sensitive environment. Excellent skills in the standard Microsoft Office suite tools. Works well in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
