As a Digital Marketing Coordinator at WaBa Grill, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's online presence and engagement. Working closely with the Brand Marketing Manager, you'll contribute to developing and executing digital marketing strategies that enhance brand recognition, trust, and customer acquisition. Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns to drive growth and engagement across digital platforms. This position requires a creative, analytical, and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about leveraging digital channels to enhance brand presence and connect with consumers effectively.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Manager to develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives. Analyze market trends, customer data, and campaign performance metrics to optimize targeting, messaging, and creative elements. Manage and implement our customer data platform, including personas, segments, data, and integrations. Lead strategies for WaBa Rewards loyalty & Text Club programs to drive online orders and customer retention. Assist in developing promotional strategies for third-party delivery platforms (DSP) such as DoorDash and UberEats. Drive traffic to the WaBa Grill website through strategic initiatives and content marketing strategies. Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms. Develop and execute email and text marketing campaigns targeting key WaBa Grill guests. Conduct A/B tests and experiments to improve campaign performance. Prepare and analyze media expenditure reports as needed. Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies. Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating marketing materials.QUALIFICATIONS - Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in marketing or related field. Experience with the Punchh Loyalty and Marketing Platform is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft impactful messages for diverse online audiences. Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting and quality assurance skills. Proficiency in digital marketing channels and content marketing. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Experience in market research and competitive analysis is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires a versatile individual who can balance strategic marketing initiatives with administrative tasks to ensure efficient and effective digital marketing operations.
