ROLE SUMMARY:

The Digital Advertising Manager plays a key role in strategizing, implementing, overseeing and reporting on the company's digital advertising efforts across various platforms, including paid search, paid social, display, referral, SEO and email. Their role will involve leading the crafting of high converting ad campaigns, managing ad budgets, analyzing performance data, and continuously optimizing for better ROI. Working closely with the marketing, sales, operations, and technology teams, they will play a key role in integrating digital advertising strategies with overall marketing objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES/PRIMARY DUTIES:

Develop all digital advertising plans/strategies at both a local and portfolio level incorporating the latest industry trends and tools.Drive revenue growth and customer acquisition using a mix of tactics, including advanced targeting, SEM, SEO, paid social, display advertising, and innovative referral marketing approaches.Continuously measure and optimize advertising performance (ROAS/CAC) across all creatives and channels, ensuring regular reporting to the Director of Marketing and effective collaboration with Brand Manager.Develop and implement mobile-first advertising strategies, including mobile-responsive ad designs, and location-based targeting.Incorporate advanced data analytics to gain deeper insights into customer behavior and ad performance, including the use of predictive analytics for better targeting and personalization of campaigns.Manage the digital advertising budget efficiently, providing accurate monthly forecasts and expenditure reports.Work with our website agency partner to enhance website conversion rates, focusing on optimizing various landing pages.Collaborate closely with the Brand and National Sales Manager to gain a deep understanding of booking curves and our content calendar, ensuring an integrated, seamless and effective brand message and guest experience across all channels, maximizing reach and impact.Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to ensure our advertising strategies stay ahead of market trends.Collaborate with the content team and digital advertising specialist to produce engaging content for paid social channels, ensuring a strong presence with high-quality, images, video and motion content.Lead the development and execution of a dynamic referral marketing strategy leveraging local digital platforms.DESIRED EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:

BA in marketing, business, management, or related fieldAt least 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising, specifically in PPC, paid social media, and display advertising, with a proven track record in managing successful campaigns.Exceptional analytical skills, with experience in web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), focused on translating complex data into actionable business strategies, particularly for optimizing revenue-generating investments.High attention to details with ability to multitask while meeting tight deadlines.Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities with a strong track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics.Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel with the ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets effectively.Strong commitment to staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising. Google Ads and Meta certifications are highly advantageous.Agile and adaptable, with exceptional problem-solving skills. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, pivot strategies as needed, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.SALARY & ADDITIONAL BENEFITS
