Developing clear and engaging content that is consistent with the company's brand image and addresses both business goals and internal client needs.Collaborate with internal teams to identify content opportunities, needs, goals, and target audience preferences.Effectively manage multiple projects while meeting quality standards and deadlinesSupport and/or drive continuous improvement efforts including process improvement, development, and customization of material by market and/or delivery method, etc.Support new hire onboarding functions. This includes introducing Associates to the Creative Services process for project requests as well as gathering content for and designing new Associate biographies.Coordinate and maintain team documentation efforts for responses to requests for proposals (RFPs)Analyze requirements and ensure that proposals meet requirementsEdit and rewrite proposals, including creating templates and textDraft proposals and communicate across teams to obtain input and meet deadlinesEstablish and maintain internal proposal and special projects schedulesAssist with and/or lead other initiatives and projects as requested by leadership

College degree in Marketing, Journalism and/or Communications or equivalent relevant work experienceMinimum five (5) years of experience in developing and coordinating proposals, presentations, and business development collateralPrior experience with professional document proofreading and editing experienceKnowledge of business English including vocabulary, spelling, and correct grammatical usage and punctuationExceptional persuasive writing capabilities, including ability to communicate complex ideas through organized, clear, and concise messagingProfessional verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of AssociatesWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (In Design) preferredStrong analytical skills with the ability to research and problem solveSelf-motived, ability to multitask and deliver results within short deadlines (nights, weekends, and holidays at times)Flexibility to respond to changing work priorities and handle numerous projects at the same timeAbility to develop and/or assist Associates in developing compelling themes, discriminators, and messagingAbility to consult with Associates at all levels of the organization to discuss business requirements and potential solutionsAbility to work independently, multitask, reprioritize, and follow up with questions, solutions, or suggestionsAbility to work in-office 2-3 days per weekLegally able to work in the United States
