The

Manager, Publisher Development

oversees the Publisher Development Specialists ("PDS'") on a day-to-day basis; responsible for the training, education, and daily tasks of the team. The Manager, Publisher Development will also work closely with the Revenue Organization and other interconnected departments with all publisher related questions or processes. This individual needs to have strong leadership and organizational skills, a customer-service driven mindset, be able to adapt their knowledge to the LiveIntent technology & product suite, and ensure that their direct reports understand the team's objectives and work together to achieve it.

Responsibilities:Manage a team of Publisher Development Specialists on a daily basis and responsible for their training, education, and development within the teamAct as a highly regarded technical resource for Publisher Development, Sales, and Customer Success teams; assisting Revenue teams in selling LiveIntent products with technical and customer support expertiseWork with the other members of leadership across Revenue teams in finding ways to continuously improve internal and external operations for our clients and internal teamsMaintaining and updating all Publisher Development Team SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)Assist Customer Success with any customer support requests that fall in between the RevOrg, Product Marketing, and Business IntelligenceEducate both internal and external teams on our product features and benefitsQualifications:

Preferred minimum of 1 year experience working in Digital Media, AdTech or Marketing TechnologyA minimum of 2 years of management experienceStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders internally and externallyProficiency in Excel, HTML and the MS Office suiteData-Driven individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAt LiveIntent, we've introduced a hybrid workplace model to be present with one another, share learnings and collaborate through in-office partnerships. Our office is located at One World Trade Center, with easy transportation access and incredible NYC skyline views. For this role, you'll need to join us in the office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) but not every week is needed, you'll also get at least one "Work from Anywhere" week each month to enjoy some flexibility.

The base salary for this position begins at $90,000 with a maximum salary opportunity of $110,000. When determining compensation for roles, we look at the qualifications needed for the position along with the mix of required and preferred skills/experiences, market data, and existing team equity. We rarely hire an individual into a position at the top of the salary band due to the belief that we are hiring people into roles that also challenge them to learn and grow. The band highlights that potential. We put an emphasis on growth and development through our performance and compensation reviews 2x a year in parallel with ongoing conversions with your manager throughout the year.
