How you will make an impact:

The Marketing Events Specialist will plan, implement, and manage global marketing events from initial evaluation through execution at venue, and ultimately analyze and present the results based on established KPIs. This role will be the point of contact for other internal stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure effective communication, maximize impact and optimize ROI.Event Coordination

- Plan all aspects of domestic and international trade shows from logistics and display creation through execution and post-event debrief.Event Analytics

- Create, maintain and analyze budget. Develop KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) to assess event effectiveness and results through to the sales funnel. Manage the event budget, set documented event goals that are properly socialized, and record results and actionable improvements for future events.Project Management and Analysis

- Manage multiple events and deadlines to ensure successful execution and impact (sales, customers, internal teams).Internal Liaison

- Act as liaison between internal departments (Sales, Engineering, Operations, Customer Service) to ensure maximized impact at event venues. Ensure company initiatives are being supported and can positively impact sales.Public Relations Champion - Assist with public relations efforts, including the writing of event press releases, and promotional pieces. Act as a liaison for event media.The skills and experience you'll need:

3+ years of experience in event planning and execution.Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Communications, Marketing, or other relevant discipline.Proven experience with leveraging data from CRM system, MS Dynamics preferred.Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English Language.Must have excellent investigative skills since work will involve research.Must be trustworthy and reliable, have excellent interpersonal skills and work well independently as well as within a team structure.Domestic and International travel is required to serve as the main point of contact for all events and trade shows.Don't meet every single requirement? US BASE PAY SCALE $67,000 - $81,700

The base pay scale for this role is what Meissner reasonably expects to pay for the position although actual pay may vary from this scale depending on an applicant's experience.
