About the Role

The Editorial Services Manager is an integral part of Latham's Brand & Communications team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the creation and refinement of written content, ensuring it supports the firm's strategic objectives, while providing guidance on content development, style, tone, and grammar, and facilitating the smooth transition of content from conception to production. This role will be located in our New York or Washington D.C office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include:

Supporting the development of content for channels and new formats to promote our brand, capabilities, and insightsMaintaining high-quality standards for all content produced by the teamManaging or delegating project oversight to ensure the timely and precise delivery of work products to internal clientsFacilitating strategic communication within the team and with internal stakeholdersKeeping abreast of the firm's priorities, industry news, and communication trendsWe'd love to hear from you if you:

Demonstrate solid understanding of the business development cycle in a professional services organizationDisplay knowledge of B2B marketing conceptsPossess proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software like Asana, MS Teams, as well as content management systemsAnd have:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in English, journalism, or communications with a legal degree or graduate degree in communications or business preferred; a minimum of four years' relevant training and experience can be considered in lieu of a degreeA minimum of seven years' communications, public relations, and/or journalism experienceBenefits & Additional Information

Pay Range

USD $140,000.00 - USD $162,000.00 /Yr.
