Digital Marketing (Coordinator or Specialist)

Scope of Work:The Digital Marketing role leads Snowbasin's online execution through our website, email, and digital advertising channels. This role works closely with leaders at the resort to effectively drive online traffic and conversion into Snowbasin products.The position will be hired as either a coordinator or specialist, depending on experience.Who We're SeekingYou're a marketer first, and an outdoor lover, skier or snowboarder second. We're looking for someone to join our team's family-like culture that collaborates daily, covers each other when taking time off, and supports one another's growth and development.Primary Duties:Oversee content across Snowbasin.com, updating imagery and information to ensure accuracy and relevance.Oversee email marketing execution, planning and building campaigns that utilize segmentation to provide targeted and personalized content.Build automations to engage with Snowbasin guests at various touchpoints, providing them with relevant information and driving conversion.Track and report on email and website analytics, utilizing insights to improve our strategy.Collaborate with the marketing team and resort departments to develop a digital strategy that drives engagement, showcases resort offerings, and communicates key messages.Collaborate with the Creative Specialist and Brand Coordinator on content development for email, advertising, and website channels, including photography, videography, and graphic design.Partner with advertising and creative agencies to implement digital and local marketing campaigns.Assist Mountain Operations teams with tools and resources to provide operation updates on Snowbasin's website, including weather, open lifts and trails, and parking statuses.Work with Grand America Hotels and Resorts Marketing Technology Team for best practices and resources to implement digital strategies.Secondary DutiesAssist the Director of Marketing with consumer research in Qualtrics, gathering insights on Snowbasin's guest experience and providing insights to resort leaders.Assist the Creative Specialist with organization and management of our digital asset library.Requirements:1+ years in marketing, communications, or related field for a coordinator role. 3+ years of experience for a specialist role.College coursework in business, communications, or similar field of study.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends or holidays for events or key resort dates.The dynamic nature of the resort requires collaboration in-person to best promote it.
