Senior SEO Specialist with a a strong background in SEO strategy, execution, and reporting to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in developing and implementing effective SEO campaigns, as well as proficiency in campaign tracking strategies including call tracking, pixel setup, and both paid and organic implementation. Responsibilities:What Will I Do?Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page optimization to optimize website content for search engines.Manage the implementation of SEO elements such as site structure, URL optimization, and schema markup.Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO platforms.Generate regular reports on performance metrics, including traffic, rankings, and conversion rates, and provide actionable insights for optimization.Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and other stakeholders to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital marketing efforts.Implement and manage campaign tracking strategies, including call tracking, pixel setup, and conversion tracking for paid and organic channels.Support website migration and implementation efforts to ensure website migration success and improvement on new platforms.Manage and optimize website content for maximum visibility and ranking in the major search engines. This includes HTML, CSS, and JavaScript adjustments, as well as overseeing the website structure and page layout.Conduct ongoing keyword research in alignment with company objectives to optimize existing.

Qualifications:Do I Have What it Takes?Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Proven experience 5+ yearss in SEO strategy development, execution, and reporting.Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.Experience with website analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Google Search Console.Knowledge of campaign tracking strategies, including call tracking, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.Familiarity with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
