JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Associate Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for working with the Channel Marketing Manager to develop and execute the strategy to bring our brand to life at the point of purchase. They work alongside the field sales team to identify opportunities and then assist and lead the effort to secure displays, signage, e-commerce requests, marketing campaigns, etc. in partnership with our distributors and retail partners.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with field sales and distributorsIdentify and prioritize opportunities at point of purchaseLead marketing campaigns for independent distributors while assisting with national distributors and retail partnersWork with cross functional team to develop and execute channel marketing campaigns:

Ideate with field sales, distributor, and channel marketing manager on marketing strategies which connects our brand and our distributor's sale and marketing strategiesAssist in the planning, creative development, and execution of marketing campaignsCommunicate and collaborate with advertising agencies, promotional & kitting facilities, display fabrication, etc.

Conduct post marketing campaign analysis and report results. Apply learning to future programsEnsure our distributors and retail partners have accurate product information on their websites including marketing copy, images, videos, etc.Other

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to assist and lead, varying marketing campaignsKnowledge of current marketing channels including in-store signage, e-commerce, digital marketing, social media, etc.Experience with e-commerce: data management, product detail pages, SEO copy, etc.Ability to assist program and creative development: Writing creative briefs, evaluating creative, coordinating with vendors and customersAbility to create compelling presentations and present to customers, peers, and leadershipUnderstanding of how to interpret and apply marketing metrics and incorporate into proposals and action plansBusiness acumen needed to better partner with our distributors, retail partners and our field sales teamAbility to manage multiple projectsAbility to influence and secure support from cross functional team membersIntermediate to advanced PC-based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Education, Certification/License & Work Experience

Marketing or business degree required.2-4 years of experience in related field (Marketing, brand or product Management, Shopper Marketing etc) is required.Strong preference for experience in building materials or related field.Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Total Rewards Package :

Compensation

Base: $71,000 to $97,000 annually, based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.Bonus or Commission: This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company's performance and their own individual performance.Benefits
