Marketing Director
to lead their marketing efforts.
The
Marketing Director
will be responsible for developing and implementing both traditional and digital marketing strategies to promote their brand, drive sales and enhance customer engagement. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong blend of strategic thinking, creativity and leadership skills.
Marketing Director Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve company objectivesManage all aspects of traditional and digital marketing, including but not limited to, tradeshow management, content creation, branding initiatives, sales enablement, email/drip campaigns and social media marketingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goalsAnalyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growthOversee the creation of marketing collateral, promotional materials and other branded assetsLead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to drive performance and foster a culture of innovation and excellenceMonitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvementStay updated on industry developments and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
Marketing Director Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. MBA preferred6+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of successExperience in both traditional and digital marketing, including proficiency in tradeshow management, content creation, branding, sales enablement, email/drip campaigns and social media marketingStrong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersStrategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for innovationKnowledge of the environmental industry or related fields is a plus
