Responsibilities:-Ideate and implement strategic marketing initiatives that connect several platforms, including website, email, DM, and social media. From regional campaigns to custom creative pieces, both digital and print, you'll be responsible to brief the creatives, manage the visual design process and manage any production.-Manage brand identity work-streams for custom agent content and creative, working with design specialists in-house. From logo work to bespoke taglines to full visual identity systems, you will lead the development, sell-in process and roll-out for agents.-Own the adoption of several marketing and advertising tech platforms. We provide self-service tools to our agents to help improve upon their business, across both paid and owned. From CRM to advertising to on-the-go video production, your job is to understand the tech, be available to work on adoption, showing ease of use and properly showcase new roadmap features.-Collaborate and communicate across the larger marketing team in NYC, and at times working with other marketing leads across the country and key regional executives. As a Marketing Manager, you will be center-point of communications for your book of business for all internal PR/Advertising/Operations/Technology counterparts at the company.-Own relationships with external partner vendors, such as printers, videographers, and photographers to ensure work is briefed properly, and timelines are managed and up to creative standards.ssume financial responsibility for your marketing efforts, including owning local marketing revenue, tracking and recording/reporting of financials. Manage marketing-related invoices and agency payments.
Qualifications:- 4-5+ years previous experience in an in-house marketing, agency, creative or branding role; creativeproduction experience and project management preferred.-1-2+ years of people management experience.- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Pro, Canva, etc.-Willingness to adapt and learn to utilize social software management such as Sprout and open tolearning and working within software for Project Management such as WorkFront.- Interested in third party analytics and/or keyword research tools, like Google Analytics- Experience with content creation and production tools is a plus
Salary: 85-95K + Bonus and great benefits including 401K
