Job Description:The "Associate Producer, Social” is a creative, production-savvy, strategic individual.The Associate Social Producer participates in and supports social creative ideation & production through a brand-forward lens and has experience with social platforms and production.This position requires creative curiosity, the ability to multitask, and a can-do attitude, as this role will collaborate across key social stakeholders and manage multiple projects at once.The "Associate Producer, Social” will report to the "Director of Social Content Development & Production” as part of the Brand Marketing team.They will support creative workstreams and projects from brief to delivery, working across the Social organization and its key partners, such as Creative, Design, Campaign Planning, Publicity, and Legal.A curious and hard-working individual committed to upholding team culture is a must.
Key Responsibilities:Supports creative workstreams or projects as assignedIdeate, write and produce creative content across all platformsParticipate in project brainstorming sessions, contribute to creative pitches, script ideas, concepts, and presentationsAssociate Social Producer assists the team in ideating, creating, writing, and/or editing contentPartner closely with editors & producersAsset sourcing/ingestionPrepping project filesUphold social best practices, content restrictions, and branding guidelinesPerform quality control on final creative deliveries/video assetsCollaborate with Creative Leads on creative campaign pitches and presentationsCollaborate with external creative partners and agenciesSupport preparation for and production of live-action shoots.Support shoots in the field and on set, working closely with production companies and talent.Understands KPIs and applies learnings to meet business demandsUnderstand & uphold the overall team visionShows understanding of brand voice and goalsWorks closely with the Ops team supporting workflow & systemsKeeps up with industry trendsEffectively communicate ongoing workflow process with supervisor and other key personnelOn-board and train team members on workflow and processAssist with overall production support and other admin duties
Job Qualifications/Requirements:2+ years of experience working in digital production and social for a major brand or agency – entertainment and/or streaming experience preferredHave an understanding of the evolving social landscape and best practices.Experience in supporting a cross-platform social production teamMust be able to prioritize and handle several projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment while adapting to shifting/fast-breaking deadlinesHigh tolerance for change, a collaborative can-do spirit, and a positive/growth mindsetClear and concise communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills, able to anticipate messaging needs proactivelyExperience with Adobe Suite including Premiere, Microsoft Suite, Digital Delivery, frameIO, Sharepoint
