*This is a hybrid position, requiring two days in the office per week.
Office is located in Greenwood Village, CO*Your Key Responsibilities Include:Develop copy for multiple brands and a variety of audiences across our national footprint. Deliverables may include:
Eblasts: Subject lines, headers, body copy, CTAsPrint pieces: Flyers, brochures, info sheets, direct mailers, door hangers, print ads, etc.Website content: Blog writing, editing, and staging in CMS; Floor plan and SEO descriptions as needed.
Perform other duties as needed or assignedWhat You Have:Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Creative wordsmithing and strategic thinking to quickly adapt writing for different needs—from short- and long-form deliverables to persuasive and educational content.Ability to follow in-house style guide while adapting voice for different brands, audiences, and deliverables.A meticulous work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-changing and highly collaborative environment.Experience with content management systems (Optimizely experience a plus), project management tools (like Basecamp), Microsoft Office, SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Docs, and social media management tools.Basic HTML skills.Familiarity with generative content tools like ChatGPT and Bard is a plus.Your Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.Strong writing background, with 2 to 4 years of copywriting experience in an in-house or agency environment.
Century intends to offer the selected candidate within the range stated; final offer will be based on a variety of factors including experience. Base pay range of $65,000 - $75,000 plus an annual bonus, commission, sales bonus, occasional incentive or quarterly bonus, whichever is applicable.Employees will have access to paid time off, medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance and the Company’s 401k plan.
