Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Create & lead an entertainment team including game-day staff, ushertainers & mascotsBuilding & expanding on the overall ballpark experience in new & creative waysDevelop relationships with the local arts & entertainment community that can be maximized throughout each seasonAssist in the development of the yearly promotions schedule (theme nights, on-field promos, etc.)Management of all giveaway items & talent appearances, including giveaway design, ordering, distribution, talent acquisition, scheduling & executionPlan, develop & execute layers & logistics for all game promotions & themesDevelop & write game scriptsManage & maintain creative assets for game presentationOversee execution of prize distribution to contest winners, including nightly couponing at exit gatesManage part-time entertainment staffOther duties as assignedQualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalentMinimum of two (2) years of live entertainment experience, preferably in the sports industry or similarMultiple years of experience being in a leadership position and successfully managing groups of peopleAbility to work events, weekends & holidays, including weeks of 40+ hours
