If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Communications Manager to join our team. You'll be responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated communication strategies, ensuring our message is clear, consistent, and impactful across all channels.
Responsibilities:
Build & Lead Internal Communications: Establish and grow the function, manage communication channels, and develop best practices for continuous improvement.Employee Engagement: Create new formats to keep employees informed, connected, and act as the central voice for information flow.Content & Strategy: Own the editorial calendar, write & edit communication materials, develop presentations & videos, and advise leadership on messaging.Internal Initiatives & Crisis Communication: Develop communication plans for new initiatives, and implement strategies for effective internal crisis communication.Leadership Liaison: Translate business strategy into creative messaging and storytelling, and collaborate on special projects (acquisitions, public crises).Relationship Building: Establish strong internal relationships to assist in executing communication strategies.Leadership Coaching & Crisis Management: Advise leadership on external communication with media, regulators, etc., and be the key contact for North American crisis communication.Thought Leadership & Media Relations: Develop strategies to position brands and executives as thought leaders, manage external engagement opportunities, and increase earned media coverage.Employer Branding: Develop a multi-channel strategy to showcase our companies as attractive employers.Media Monitoring: Establish and maintain tools for monitoring media mentions and audience sentiment.Spearhead Community Impact: Lead the enterprise-wide Community Impact Workgroup to develop and execute a comprehensive Community Relations strategy.Drive Employee Engagement & Awareness: Oversee initiatives that promote employee engagement in community efforts and build brand awareness internally and externally.Align & Manage Strategy: Ensure all community relations activities align with the established strategy and manage its successful execution for our companies.Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field from accredited college or university requiredExperience
Minimum 5-7 years of professional, full-time communications experience requiredSalary: $85,000-$115,000#LI-MI1#INDTECHKC
