We are currently seeking an Ad Ops Manager for a rapidly growing media agency in NYC. This is an amazing opportunity for someone to make a name for themselves in the industry with this progressive and growing agency. The position will work across a variety of high-profile national and global accounts, supporting campaigns across the agency. This position will manage a team, so previous management experience is preferred. The agency is growing fast and represents an employee-centric work culture with many rapid promotions.
Overview & responsibilities
The manager will be responsible for campaign management, quality assurance, and campaign delivery. You will work with both internal teams and clients to ensure campaign objectives are met.
Manage trafficking of all placements in the ad-serving platform and confirm launch successLiaise with clients and external agencies to ensure campaign setup and tracking are implemented following the correct proceduresCreate, advise, and overlook tagging structure. Issue and QA floodlights for site tagging.Audience creation in Campaign Manager (ad server level) Manage daily campaign maintenance, including internal questions regarding tracking and status of various campaignsManage and issue campaign performance reports and share results across teams to ensure progressProvide analytics-based strategic insights and direction to aid in the development of media & communications initiativesMaintain Ad Ops processes and best practices
Required Skills
3-7+ years of digital experience at an agency working within ad operationsAdept at Double Click Campaign Manager (DCM)Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, economics, finance, computer science, mathematics or engineering
Preferred Skills
Site tagging/GTM experienceGoogle Analytics / Adobe or another site-level analytics toolData visualization: Data Studio/Datorama/TableauExperience with DSPs: Appnexus, Tradedesk, Mediamath, etc.Understanding of any 3rd party vendor integrations Viewability/Brand safety, brand lift integrations, or DMP taggingFinancial Services experience
