Our utilities client is looking for a Marketing Account Manager to join their team.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Pay Rate: $39.00 - $46.00/hr on W2
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.
W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
Responsibilities of the Marketing Account Manager:Support development, implementation and evaluation of communications plansProvide information and insights to support the ongoing planning and evaluation processServe as primary point of contact with key clients on their communications projectsDevelop and implement project plans including schedule and budgetDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key clients based on understanding their business, their goals, their customers and their issuesMaintain open lines of communication that include the right balance of in-person interaction and attendance at their meetingsCollaborate with the Creative Services teams on all marketing, advertising and creative developmentEnsure that work product is high quality and developed in a timely and cost-efficient mannerImprove the company's online marketing channels and ensure processes are followedRequirements of the Marketing Account Manager:A Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field and at least 8 years of account management experienceExperience with advertising, branding and marketing communicationsExperience with analysis and project managementExperience in producing integrated campaigns, such as print collateral, videos, digital media, social media, radio, etc.Experience with a work management system (e.g., Workamajig)Experience handling conflict and contentious issues internally and externallyExperience in providing communications counsel and advice to clientsProficient in Microsoft Office products, such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePointDemonstrated strong written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge or experience with Kanban principlesPlease be advised- If anyone reaches out to you about an open position connected with Eliassen Group, please confirm that they have an Eliassen.com email address and never provide personal or financial information to anyone who is not clearly associated with Eliassen Group.
