Role Summary
The Content Integrator acts as a conduit and quality control for audio, video, and associated metadata being installed on various in-flight entertainment hardware. This is a technical role involving aspects of video/audio QC, file management, administrative and documentation work therefore attention to detail and tenacity are a key requirement. The incumbent will work with other teams globally and adhere to tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have a passion formedia and technology, confidence in communicating both internally and externally, along with a strong work ethic.

100% on-site with occasional travel locally.
What You'll Be Doing
Work across functional teams to ensure video, audio and metadata content meet necessary technical, quality and client requirements. This includes testing within IFE hardware environments onsite at Anuvu and off site at hardware manufacturers.Document and communicate results of testing to key stakeholders; Including administrative tasks - completing testing grids, opening trouble tickets, documenting when corrections have been verified, and summarizing resultsChase and monitor delivery of media encodes to ensure adherence to critical path timelinesInput and manage metadata in database systemsTroubleshootsand resolves technical issues during rack testing; escalating appropriately when requiredExemplify the company core values and behavioursAccountable for deliveringdepartmental outcomesOffer and provide feedback for departmental continuous improvement processes.Expectations

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $20/hour- $23/hour. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, certifications...etc.
