The AV PM is responsible for overseeing AV Contractor personnel and providing AV technical oversight and coordination services for AV equipment operations within Vision Technologies' client headquarters and regional offices. Responsibilities include planning, designing, and implementing maintenance and repairs of AV-related communication networks, integrating technologies and equipment to create functional AV systems, monitoring and supervising the installation of equipment, and managing facilities associated with AV networks.
The AV PM is also responsible for generating, maintaining, and updating all client-related AV technical drawings and documentation, as well as proposing, processing, submitting, and managing all AV work order and task requests.
Responsibilities
- Develop, adopt, and deliver best practice service levels across all onsite teams; ensure staff meet or exceed contractual SLAs.
- Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for successful engagement with the client.
- Manage onsite AV Technicians across multiple offices.
- Promote team collaboration and maintain high morale.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports.
- Ensure onsite staff maintain professionalism in attire and customer service standards, aligned with client expectations and regional differences.
- Enhance client understanding of AV strengths, products, and service ranges.
- Promote the value of the company's onsite staffing services.
- Participate in monthly and quarterly review meetings with the client.
- Drive the creation and update of onsite documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Staff Handbooks, ensuring compliance with client and company requirements.
- Develop and gather data on methodologies for Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs) and KPIs to monitor service delivery and team performance.
- Implement a coverage plan aligned with the client’s holiday schedule.
- Travel to various job sites as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years’ experience with Crestron systems, specifically Crestron NVX.
- Knowledge of Crestron Flex systems with skills to maintain, troubleshoot, and update these systems.
- Experience managing service tickets and incidents within a ticketing system.
- Experience managing AV/IT installation and onsite technicians.
- Strategic planning and execution skills.
- Strong interpersonal and managerial skills.
