Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Supervisor to lead our team at adidas Chicago Fashion Outlet. If you are passionate about sports, retail, and creating an inspiring shopping environment, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness and organization.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Implement company policies and procedures effectively.
- Support hiring, training, and development of team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 months of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to operate POS systems and standard office software.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED; additional retail training or certifications are a plus.
Additional Requirements
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Legal age of 18 or older.
