Responsibilities include:
- Creating and managing detailed program and project plans aligned with team goals.
- Identifying resource requirements, task owners, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
- Leading cross-functional teams through program milestones as a central coordinator.
- Ensuring publications follow established procedures and evaluating their quality, relevancy, and accuracy.
- Creating technical documents from provided information and ensuring consistency with standards.
- Developing web applications and components from requirements to deployment, including designing user interfaces and integrating with databases using HTML, SQL, C, VB, or other languages.
- Possibly creating company-wide intranet and developing web portals for information sharing.
- Possessing thorough knowledge of programming and server software operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years with a BS/BA, 6 years with an MS/MA, or 3 years with a PhD; additional experience considered in lieu of degree.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Experience in creating and editing technical documents and understanding IT system specifications.
- Ability to translate technical details into user-friendly documentation.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently.
