This is more than an internship—it's a fast-paced, full-time, train-to-hire experience where you'll dive headfirst into the exciting world of advertising and marketing. Over the course of the program, you'll gain hands-on, mentored experience, all while contributing to real client work. Midway through, you'll team up with other Brand Builder Interns to tackle an actual innovation brief—brainstorming big ideas, shaping strategy, building a killer deck, and presenting your solution to industry pros. Builders will be embedded within one of five departments— Creative, Digital Innovation, Content, Brand Experience or Strategy —while also engaging in cross-functional learning, mentorship, and agency-wide collaboration. This is your chance to pitch ideas, join brainstorms, shadow leaders, and contribute to the work we put out into the world. With dedicated training, daily support, and the chance for full-time employment at the finish line, this is your launchpad into the agency world. Let's build your brand—and ours—together. BRAND BUILDERS LAB: DESIGN / ART DIRECTION BUILDER POSITION Accepting applicants still in school or recent graduates looking for a permanent position. Also accepting applicants with real-world experience looking to break into the industry. T his is a paid internship for the months of June, July and August, 2025. What makes you a great fit? You nerd out on design details and trends or can talk for days about your favorite creative campaigns. You are in culture. You are an active participant in conversations shaping our world. You are obsessed with design and visual storytelling. You love working with others and hearing their point of view. If you believe in an idea, you advocate for a new way of thinking. You are open and excited about feedback and discussion that elevates the work. You turn intuition, imagination, and research into strong design. Candidates Requirements: Proficient in MAC environment using the usual "tools of the trade" (Adobe Creative Suite). Experience with using AI visualization tools. Able to present an impressive online portfolio of design work. Detail oriented. Passionate, flexible and motivated to learn and do. Willing to pitch in to absorb everything they can in an agency environment. Willing to roll up sleeves and get things done ... this is an internship where you will create and contribute to real client work on the daily. Able to work at least 30 hours per week for a 12-week period (preference for 40 hours). Extra points for mad illustration skills. >>> Please make sure your online portfolio link is included!
