Node.Digital is hiring: UI/UX Developer in Linthicum Heights
Location: Linthicum Heights, MD (Preferably Local) Duties: Design and develop wireframes or prototypes based on requirements and validate the design with users. Collaborate with the application team to ensure components comply with UI/UX guidelines and standards. Develop and oversee the UX/UI domain practice within the Data and Reporting group. Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences tied to key KPIs. Utilize high and low fidelity design tools to deliver interface designs, including prototypes, mockups, wireframes, user stories, and user journeys, optimized for various devices. Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and upcoming functions, maintaining a consistent UI across all products. Adopt a user-centered design approach, rapidly test, iterate, and participate in usability testing. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders, including Business Analysis, UI Engineering, and Client Support. Apply user-centered design principles, planning, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility considerations. Effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients. Requirements Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field from an accredited institution. Experience: Experience creating wireframes and prototypes using modern UI/UX tools. Experience with Data Visualization Dashboards and Reports. Experience with Angular 6/7, including UI performance optimization tools like PageSpeed Insights, Webpagetest.org, and Chrome DevTools. Experience in Federal and/or State health and human services (HHS) programs is preferred (e.g., SNAP, TANF, WIC, EBT, Medicaid, CHIP, Child Support, Care Management, EHR, Child Care).
