The Operations Director assists the Venue Director with managing the venue, focusing on team management and event execution. Responsibilities include setting up, operating, and striking AV equipment according to standards, maintaining equipment, logistics, and ensuring guest and client satisfaction. Essential Functions
Manage client event setups for successful outcomes. Ensure all events meet Pinnacle Live’s standards. Maintain inventory in working and rentable condition. Manage equipment inventory, security, and damage prevention. Assist in managing budgets, revenue, expenses, and billing. Oversee equipment maintenance and repairs. Utilize company systems for communication and organization. Support in creating client proposals. Train and develop venue team members. Communicate effectively with the Director. Foster continuous improvement and team morale. Stay updated on industry trends and technical skills. Participate in hotel function review meetings. Build relationships with local vendors. Delegate tasks effectively. Evaluate and develop team performance. Ensure compliance with SOPs and perform other duties as assigned. Education & Experience
High School diploma or equivalent. At least 3 years’ experience in event technology within hospitality. Minimum 3 years’ managerial experience. Excellent communication skills for internal and external relationships. Skills & Knowledge
