Job Title: Prepress Specialist/Graphic Designer
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Owatonna, MN. The Prepress Specialist/Graphic Designer will be responsible for preparing files for print, ensuring graphics meet quality standards, and collaborating with the design team to create visually appealing print materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check and fix design files
- Set up proofs
- Perform color corrections
- Ensure adherence to client specifications
- Work closely with the printing team to ensure final product quality
Qualifications:
- Graphic Design and Prepress skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in print production processes is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Associate degree or higher in Graphic Design, Printing Technology, or related field
