Contract Job Description
: Must be available for in person interviews with the customer NJ Office Key Responsibilities Executive communication and content development Create high quality C-level content including newsletters, leadership updates, strategic summaries and board-level reports Translate data-driven insights from s/w project management activities into clear, concise and actionable communication for C-level executives Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with strategic project teams, PMOs, and technology leadership to gather inputs, align narratives, and ensure message consistency. Attend leadership and strategic planning meetings to synthesize key points and craft compelling takeaways. Strategic Narrative Building: Connect the dots across multiple software projects to form cohesive strategic stories aligned with the bank’s digital transformation goals. Communicate program impacts, risks, and milestones in language that resonates with senior stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with cross-functional teams to align internal and external messaging. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in executive communications, public relations, or strategic content development, preferably in banking or enterprise software. Proven ability to write for executive audiences with a strong grasp of logic, structure, and narrative. Experience in or strong understanding of software project management, technology transformations, or enterprise IT programs. Familiarity with banking/financial services domain Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with keen attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills with experience interacting directly with senior leadership. Preferred skills Adept at managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines with high emotional intelligence. Ability to distill complex information into visually appealing executive summaries (e.g., dashboards, memos, presentations). Experience using tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, JIRA, or PMO tracking systems. Demonstrated strategic thinking, business acumen, and a proactive approach to communications. Seniority level
