Our client a leading firm in the architectural design and planning industry is seeking two experienced and dynamic professionals to join our team as Architects or Architectural Designers. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled individuals passionate about shaping the future of urban landscapes through innovative and sustainable design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee technical drawings across all phases of project development (Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Construction Administration).Work primarily on large-scale transportation projects, including collaborations with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), among others.Contribute to a diverse range of projects beyond transportation, including correctional facilities, behavioral health centers, medical facilities, and civil buildings. Please note that we do not engage in residential projects.
Qualifications:
A professional degree in Architecture, with licensure as an Architect preferred.4 to 12 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management.Proficiency in MicroStation and Revit is essential.A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in technical drawing and architectural design across various project phases.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams.A commitment to excellence and continuous development in the field of architecture.
What We Offer:
