The Operations and Visual Manager is part of the management team along with the General Manager.
All Managers are involved in:

- Leading by example on the sales floor.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the General Manager to drive the store's success by setting goals based on sales, performance, and payroll management.
- Support processes for inventory control, curbside orders, delivery, register and cash management, and order processing.
- Lead store operations including repairs, maintenance, facilities updates, supplies, meetings, walkthroughs, cleaning routines, and stockroom organization.
- Manage visual merchandising to ensure perfect product presentation according to departmental directions.
- Manage the sales floor and oversee recruiting, onboarding, training, reviewing, and coaching employees.

Qualifications

- At least three years of leadership and coaching experience focused on team development and achieving goals.
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- A heart for service and a love for selling, with a desire to learn and grow.
